Our company is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented female Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern to join our team for a 60-day hybrid program. This internship acts as a fast-track training pipeline for permanent placement. High-performing individuals who meet their learning objectives during this 60-day unpaid period will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a permanent, full-time hybrid role starting at a stable base salary of 41,000, with competitive commission overrides and recurring performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities (During 60-Day Internship)
- Lead Generation: Source and screen potential corporate clients using professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Market Mapping: Research competitor offerings and evaluate current market shifts to target new industries.
- Outreach Execution: Draft tailored introduction pitches and connect with decision-makers via email or messaging.
- Funnel Management: Learn to document, track, and optimize customer pipelines using industry-standard CRM dashboards.
- Strategic Reviews: Coordinate with the management team during scheduled hybrid in-office days to streamline outbound strategy. [1, 2, 3]
Candidate Requirements
