Product Development (R&D) Specialist -Cosmetics Sector

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist (R&D) for our leading client in the cosmetics sector, based in Istanbul.

Job Description

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report market trends and consumer needs; conduct competitor product analyses and present insights to the management team.
• Product Development & Evaluation: Follow supplier collections and innovations in both global and local markets, integrating them with R&D activities. Research, test, and present potential new products for management approval.
• Project Management & Tracking: Develop strategies and business plans for new products; create project timelines and ensure all processes progress in line with target launch dates.
• Strategic Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies and business plans for upcoming product launches.

Requirements

• University degree
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• 2 -5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management or similar roles.
• Strong interest in cosmetic products; open to participating in product trials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
• Innovative and creative mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• No transportation barrier to the Maslak location.
• Valid driver’s license
