Product Development Specialist

Doha Bank is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our Wealth Products team. This role will be instrumental in driving innovation, managing the full product lifecycle, and delivering world-class wealth management solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and launch of new wealth management products (mutual funds, hedge funds, structured products, private equity, alternative investments).
• Collaborate with investment teams, research analysts, and portfolio managers to design client-focused strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage approvals with relevant authorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Risk, IT, and Operations to deliver seamless product rollouts.
• Monitor product performance, recommend enhancements, and prepare detailed reports.

Eligibility:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in financial services/banking, with strong exposure to wealth management and product development.
• Regional GCC Banking experience will be preferred
• Proven track record in investment banking, private banking, or financial product management.
• Strong technical understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, and client risk profiling.
• Internationally accredited certification in Investment Management (CISI / CFA / CFP) is mandatory.
