Job Title: Product Engineer – Automation

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Engineer – Automation to drive energy product solutions, manage technical and commercial support, and collaborate with sales teams and suppliers to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for energy products.
• Support sales teams across regions to meet profit plans.
• Provide technical guidance to product engineers and sales projects.
• Engage with suppliers to stay updated on new products.
• Develop solutions for the product portfolio and monitor market competition.
• Manage quotations, order entry, and customer service via the sales network.
• Deliver training programs for internal teams and external sales outlets.
• Prepare pre-qualification files for clients, ministries, and consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, preferably business-related.
• 6–9 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, and Supply Chain.
• Proven track record in achieving business development targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Intercultural awareness and ability to operate in cross-border environments.
