Product Engineer (DeFi / Trading)

You ll bridge the gap between technical execution and product direction, helping to define, prioritize, and deliver new features in decentralized trading products.

You ll work closely with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team, shaping product specs, debugging features, coordinating releases, and ensuring technical excellence aligned with business goals.

This position is ideal for a developer with strong product instincts or a product-minded engineer who thrives in a fast-moving DeFi startup.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business goals and product ideas into clear, technical specifications.

• Work closely with developers to break down features, manage priorities, and ensure feasibility.

• Participate in system design, testing, debugging, and product releases.

• Contribute to product roadmap and iterate based on data and feedback.

• Get hands-on with code, infrastructure, or QA when needed - no ivory tower product work.

• Balance speed vs. stability, helping the team ship fast but safely.

• Collaborate directly with founders on DeFi product strategy and implementation.
