Role Overview

Tata Electronics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Executive – Operations & Program Management to drive cross‑functional coordination, manage project timelines, and enable seamless program execution. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator between clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams (CFTs).
• Manage project schedules, trackers, timelines, and drive follow-up actions.
• Ensure smooth production and operational workflow with efficient day-to-day program execution.
• Lead and participate in internal and external sync meetings; prepare and circulate MoM.
• Collect operational inputs, consolidate updates, and maintain documentation/reporting.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies while ensuring on-time project delivery.
• Support planning, resource coordination, and communication across project phases.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) or MBA
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Good understanding of operations, production processes, and program workflows.
• Hands-on experience with project planning, scheduling, and tracking tools.
• Excellent coordination skills with strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
• Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
