As a Product Experience Analyst (Voice Agents), you'll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, bridging the gap between customers and internal teams, and driving improvements in our consumer wireless experience.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the link between customers and departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Define and execute a customer experience (CX) strategy across all interactions.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize processes, products, and technology.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Monitor interactions to ensure alignment with our human-centered approach.
- Continuously innovate and enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✅ Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
✅ A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
✅ Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
✅ A passion for learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
Pay: Rs115,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per hour
