The Product Experience Designer is passionate about crafting meaningful digital experiences that reflect Mercy’s values of dignity, excellence, justice, service, and stewardship. This role blends hands-on design execution with strategic leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
The Product Experience Designer leads design efforts across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and research to prototyping and delivery—while mentoring peers, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring Mercy’s mission is reflected in every touchpoint.

Position Details:

Experience: 8+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, including 2+ years managing a design team. Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field. UX or product design certification. Experience in healthcare or mission-driven product environments.
