WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a self-directed product leader with strong business and technical acumen, ready to become a deep expert in our Procurement product.

  • In this role, you’ll partner closely with product managers, UX, engineering, and QA to define portfolio vision, refine requirements, plan releases, and support customers and partners.
  • You’ll own a prioritized backlog that maximizes business value, ensure engineering teams are set up for success, and actively clear impediments to keep releases on track.
  • You’ll also play a key role in helping internal teams and customers adopt new features, presenting at events, running workshops, and creating enablement content.
  • We’re looking for someone passionate about building transformative experiences rooted in data and customer validation, with a bias for action and the ability to cheerlead and align large, cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strength in backlog grooming and requirement elaboration to achieve a solid definition of ready.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a growth mindset and bias for action.
  • Experience facilitating customer workshops and creating enablement content.
  • Strong hands-on execution mindset.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with engineering, QA, UX, and product teams.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, global teams with complex products and projects; open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Domain knowledge of procurement products is a plus.
  • Expertise in supporting sprints and delivering releases.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration
