Product Intern

Guess is a global leader in the fashion industry, renowned for delivering high-quality, stylish products.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to support our Retail team in the Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus region.
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Product Intern to support our Product & Retail team by managing product flow, monitoring store stock levels, coordinating transfers, and contributing to performance analyses and seasonal product planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product flow between the local warehouse and stores, ensuring accurate and balanced product distribution based on store needs and performance.
• Regularly analyze store stock levels and ensure that necessary actions (replenishment, transfer, etc.) are taken on time and efficiently.
• Organize inter-store product transfers to increase stock efficiency and maximize product optimization.
• Conduct store and category-based performance analyses (Revenue, UPT, CR, Sell-Through, etc.) and share results with the Product Manager, providing reports when necessary.
• Support the Product Manager in product selection processes and be actively involved in all stages from seasonal planning to in-store launch.
• Organize training sessions about products and collections to enhance store teams’ product knowledge, sales awareness, and performance.
• Assist the Product Manager in defining product strategies for markdown and new season periods.
Analyze trends, sales performance, and store needs to develop product-based action plans and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree student or new graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Fashion Management or related fields)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Retail
