Position Overview

Soum is looking for a Product Intern to join a passionate and remarkable team to reimagine the e-commerce world by creating the most intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly marketplace.

As a Product Intern, you will be responsible for collecting product data, conducting customer research, identifying customer needs and market gaps, and collaborating in developing new product features from inception to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to identify opportunities
• Collect and interpret quantitative product data and metrics through market research
• Synthesize customer research into actionable insights
• Gather and refine product requirements in line with business goals
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure functional, user-centered solutions
• Monitor and report on user reactions and feature impact post-launch
  
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data organization, pivot tables, analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured thinking
• Demonstrated interest in startups with solid business acumen
• Strong academic record with notable extracurricular achievements
• Proactive, willing to learn, and ready to go the extra mile

Eligibility Criteria:

• Saudi National
• Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, IT, MIS, or Business Administration)
• Strong academic background with outstanding extracurricular involvement
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic
