Company Overview:
We are an inbound customer service provider supporting clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Operating 24/7, we are seeking serious, experienced candidates with prior inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, particularly in e-commerce platforms. Experience supporting US- or UK-based campaigns is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct product research using market trends, customer behavior insights, and analytical tools to identify winning products for Shopify stores.
· Manage Private Label (PL) product launches on Shopify, applying proven strategies for successful market entry.
· Analyze Shopify store sales data, competitor offerings, and market trends to optimize product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
· Handle end-to-end Shopify store management, including product listings, SEO-optimized descriptions, high-quality images, and app integrations for improved store performance.
· Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing, sampling, negotiation, and inventory planning to ensure timely stock availability.
· Provide prompt and professional customer support via email and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
· Monitor product performance, track sales metrics, and maintain detailed reports to guide future business strategies.
· Ensure smooth workflow from product research to launch, ongoing store operations, marketing campaigns, and order fulfillment while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
Compensation & Benefits:
Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 70,000 salary
