Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the long-term product strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with Bevatel’s overall business goals.
Product Roadmap: Own, prioritize, and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for our SaaS solutions (Cloud Call Center, Business Chat, CRM integrations, etc.).
Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.
Execution Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Marketing teams to manage the Agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases.
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and measure key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as MRR/ARR, Adoption Rate, Churn, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary communication bridge between technical teams, executive leadership, sales, and customer success.
Requirements
Experience: +7 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a Product Lead or Senior Product role.
SaaS Industry Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, hands-on experience in managing and scaling B2B SaaS products, specifically within the Contact Center (CCaaS), Unified Communications (UCaaS), or CRM domain.
Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional product and development teams.
Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze complex data (Product Analytics, Funnel Metrics) to drive data-informed decisions and product prioritization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Product Management certification is a plus)
