Product Lead – Reconciliation.

Location: HYD/NCR

We are looking for an exceptionally talented resource to join our Reconciliation and Payments – Product Management Group in our Hyderabad/Gurugram office for an Individual contributor role.

What you’ll do:

• Own key components towards delivering Reconciliation Product Roadmap and backlog
• Deeply understand business problems and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements
• Organize development and testing to ensure delivery meets business requirements
• Collaborate with developers, operations teams and clients to prioritize features, plan integration and drive adoption
• Contribute to conducting competitive analysis and crafting the product vision
• Work with different product teams for projects cutting across multiple product areas to provide comprehensive business solutions

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of industry experience; prior Product Management experience will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in Reconciliations like Trades, Positions, Cash, PNL and TRS will be strongly preferred
• Broader understanding of post trade life cycle, trade settlements and SWIFT messaging standards (MT and MX series) is desirable
• Working understanding of APIs, JIRA, Figma and general SDLC process will be beneficial
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in engaging with clients to gather requirements and translate them into product solutions
• Outstanding academic background and passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
• The ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
• A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
• A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution prowess
