Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management and Product Ownership.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint-based delivery.
- Solid technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- Proven experience managing workflows using Monday.com or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Product experience, preferably in mobile or tech-driven products.

A proactive team player who is a good listener and enjoys organizing chaos.
- Manage product sprints and maintain one or more Monday.com boards.
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create, assign, and track tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Actively unblock developers by clarifying requirements, priorities, and dependencies.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Stay hands-on with product features and continuously align development with user needs.
