CX/Product Leader | Hyderabad

We're hiring for a fast-growing AI startup founded by IIT/IIM/Google alumni and backed by leading global investors. This company works with some of the world’s most advanced AI frontier labs and is now looking for a CX/Product Leader to build and scale their freelancer engagement ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This is a mission-critical leadership role where you’ll act as the “CEO of freelancers” within the company. You’ll be responsible for building processes, playbooks, and platforms from scratch that freelancers love – driving adoption, retention, and engagement at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the freelancer lifecycle: onboarding → engagement → retention.
• Combine product strategy + operational execution .
• Manage P&L, growth bottlenecks, and overall freelancer experience.
• Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team.
• Use data and feedback to drive decisions and fast iterations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in fast-growth startups, ideally in product + operations.
• Strong academic pedigree (IIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent).
• Startup DNA – thrives in ambiguity, bias for action.
• Data-driven, customer-first mindset.
• High energy, ownership, and hunger to build at scale.

Location & Culture

• Bengaluru (work from office, 6 days/week)
• Some flexibility with WFH can be considered.
