Job Purpose:

To advise, implement, and optimize PLM solutions that enable organizations to efficiently manage the entire lifecycle of their products, from concept and design, through manufacturing, service

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain PLM solutions based on business requirements
• Implement and configure PLM modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLM performance, data integrity, and user access
• Support system upgrades, patching, and testing efforts
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, code changes, and user training
• Ensure PLM data security, compliance, and performance
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Manage multiple projects and priorities
• Train and support end users

Job Skills and Abilities:

Hands-on experience with one or more PLM platforms:

o Siemens Teamcenter

o PTC Windchill

o Dassault ENOVIA

o Autodesk Fusion Lifecycle o SAP PLM

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or NET
• Knowledge of scripting (eg, XML, TCL, JavaScript, or Python)
• Experience with integration of PLM systems with ERP, CAD, or other enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems (eg, Git)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Adapt to evolving technologies and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
• Minimum two years of experience in PLM development and customization
