We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic
Product Management Executive
to lead the Beverage category in Türkiye. This role combines category strategy, product lifecycle management, market insight generation, and cross-functional leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead category strategy, portfolio planning, pricing, and product positioning for the Turkish market,

Manage product lifecycle processes from launch planning to portfolio optimization,

Translate consumer, competitor, and channel insights into actionable commercial strategies,

Build strong alignment between local operations and global category teams,

Drive cross-functional execution with sales, supply chain, trade marketing, and training teams
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in Small Domestic Appliances or FMCG-related categories,

Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing, portfolio, and market analysis,

Knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, and OEM processes,

Fluent in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills,

Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments
