Product Management Executive – Accessories (OEM)

Position: Product Management Executive – Accessories (OEM)Job Purpose

To manage the assigned Accessories Merchandise portfolio and deliver revenue and profitability targets by independently managing the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, and Place). The role focuses on product planning, portfolio optimization, supplier coordination, and supporting field and distributor networks within an OEM environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Develop Product Programs

  • Research product lines and define portfolio content.
  • Determine product mix and pricing strategy.
  • Forecast sales volumes and set profitability targets.
  • Prepare product bulletins, brochures, and digital content.
  • Develop structured product launch programs.

2. Enhance Product Programs

  • Conduct continuous gap analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and incremental revenue growth.
  • Monitor revenue, sales mix, and profitability; implement corrective actions where required.
  • Monitor cost changes and adjust pricing to protect margins.
  • Ensure timely availability of new part numbers.
  • Maintain close coordination with suppliers and digital platforms for part number updates and promotional activities.

3. Field Team & Distributor Support

  • Conduct regular interactions with field teams to update them on assigned programs.
  • Deliver program familiarization and training sessions.
  • Introduce local product programs in coordination with local suppliers.
  • Manage overseas suppliers to ensure timely availability.
  • Coordinate with the vehicle sales team to create value-based bundled programs.

4. Cataloging & POS Support

  • Maintain and develop competitive cross-reference information.
  • Provide accurate inputs for catalog development.
  • Coordinate with marketing for POS material development.
  • Maintain and enhance digital content in a timely manner.

5. Special Projects

  • Handle special sales accounts.
  • Introduce new special products based on business requirements and market demand.

Required Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of automotive experience, preferably within an OEM environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of automotive accessories.
  • Product planning experience is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Channel Management.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
  • MBA is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month

  • automotive : 5 years (Required)
  • OEM environment: 4 years (Preferred)
  • automotive accessories: 4 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic as native language (Required)
