The Shoulder Arthroplasty team in Naples, Florida is a key player in the development of new, innovative shoulder arthroplasty products. We are searching for an individual to support and drive the ongoing innovation on the Shoulder Arthroplasty team during the summer of 2026. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about delivering the best products to our primary customer, the orthopedic surgeon. The product management intern will be responsible for a variety of projects, including, but not limited to, defining product roadmaps, conducting and presenting market research, interacting with surgeons to define user needs, facilitating design validations, and communicating with the salesforce.


This internship will run from May 2026 – August 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.


Main Objective:

To support product management team with analyst research, marketing support and project work.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Research/Analysis:

  • Conduct market research on existing and future product lines through secondary research sources.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with surgeons and our sales force conducting surveys, analyzing those findings, identifying trends and formatting the data for Product Manager.
  • Utilize the IMS Hospital Supply Index Database to gather competitor sales data and provide analysis on those competitive findings and trends and opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Field travel when necessary (less than 5%).

Marketing:

  • Work at the direction of Product Management with internal teams to produce marketing collateral.
  • Ability to build PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate data gathered during research.
  • Present on various topics as required.
  • Coordinate product development labs.
  • Manage and develop product demos/samples.
  • Work with cadaveric specimens in the research and implementation of prototype surgical devices.

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Engineering or Business. A college junior or above preferred. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
  • Ability to work with and around cadaveric specimens required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Intermediate to Expert computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction. PowerPoint applications proficiency a plus.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
