The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Management Specialist to provide leadership in across the Fluid Conveyance division site level in Maslak, Istanbul.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

This role will support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and content creation, working closely with product development , Sales, and Marketing teams.
Support product launch plans and contribute to go-to-market strategies (define value propositions, and ensure consistent positioning)
Conduct market research and competitive product analysis to identify customer trends and opportunities.
Assist in creating sales tools (datasheets, product presentations, product development projects ) and support sales team for updating product development
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team on content development (brochures, social media, web pages, videos).

follow all activities to ensure that new products / services and existing product / service versions are launched and performed on time and in line with divisional KPI’s.
To support the creation of necessary marketing / sales documents and contents to train / inform relevant teams.

Supporting the conduct of market research in order to support sales, marketing and product development activities on a regular basis as per yearly budget

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years experiences in a similar area
Experience in hose sector is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Upper-Intermediate level of English written and spoken
