Product Manager

We’re looking to hire a Product Manager who will work in close collaboration with Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Department Corporation (MPSEDC), representing CEEW and building meaningful products from conception to launch.

Job Description

• Develop and Implement Strategies: Craft data-driven product strategies aligned with our vision and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with senior management from CEEW and MPSEDC to shape product plans and roadmaps.
• Drive Innovation: Collect and analyse user feedback to define product requirements, features, and end goals.
• Manage External Partners: Work effectively with stakeholders from CEEW, MPSEDC, and other external vendors.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Experience in producing and reviewing Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Experience juggling different projects, deadline sand, managing stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in the product management lifecycle and software development.

Eligibility:

• 2-4 years of product management experience, particularly in the 0-1 phase.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in web technologies.
• Experience using agentic AI tools for vibe coding prototypes.
• Capable of managing a small team independently.
