Overview /Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with current business objectives and customer needs. The position supports product profitability and market competitiveness, while also exploring the use of AI tools in a supportive, experimental capacity to enhance product management processes. The role is expected to contribute to ongoing operations and revenue streams, while fostering a culture of responsible experimentation with emerging technologies.
Key Role & Responsibilities

Develop and refine product requirements based on market analysis and customer insights, with the support of AI tools for data gathering and trend identification where feasible.

Build and manage product roadmaps, incorporating AI-assisted tools for workflow efficiency and trend analysis, while maintaining focus on core business priorities.

Enhance customer digital experiences by evaluating and piloting AI-enhanced interfaces or automation in limited, non-critical customer journey touchpoints.

Formulate comprehensive product plans, leveraging AI-generated insights for value propositions and competitive analysis as supplementary inputs.

Monitor and manage product performance metrics using dashboards that may include AI-supported analytics for operational and financial KPIs.

Utilize AI tools for supportive tasks such as initial product profitability tracking and competitive pricing analysis, while relying on established processes for critical decisions.

Provide data-driven forecasts and reporting on product revenues and costs, using AI-enabled analytics for support.

Support Sales and Commercial teams with materials and guidelines, experimenting with AI-generated content for training modules and proposal drafts where appropriate.

Encourage team upskilling and experimentation with AI tools relevant to product management, while maintaining focus on immediate business deliverables.

Identify and document opportunities for future, more strategic AI integration as the organization’s AI maturity evolves.
Minimum Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business or equivalent qualification

Management Degree in marketing or Product Management experience is a plus

7-12 years in product management/sales related experience
