Product Manager

As a Product Manager , you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Pharma products consisting of Gyn, Paediatrics, GP and ENT range . This role is pivotal in driving product success through strategic planning, market analysis, sales training, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and sustainable market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term vision.

· Conduct comprehensive market research and customer needs analysis.

· Develop and deliver product training sessions for the sales team.

· Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.

· Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

· Prepare marketing collateral, training materials, and product documentation.

· Visit doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to analyse the market gaps and fill them

· Budgeting and Sales Forecasting

· Searching/Identifying therapy gaps (New Product Development) & new business opportunities

· Identifying market access barriers and removing them.

· Maintaining Sales/Expense Ratio

· Planning promotional activities/ CMEs

· Support the Sales team with market data, documentation/ clinical studies, Field force training and the representation in exhibitions

· Designing – Marketing collaterals (digital and physical), Product presentations, give aways etc.

· Good understanding of Salesforce CRM software and other relevant tools

Additional Responsibilities:

· Manage the full product lifecycle including updates, enhancements, and discontinuation.

· Support pricing strategies and contribute to cost optimization efforts.

· Monitor and analyze competitor products, positioning, and marketing strategies.

· Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and online product education.

· Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and innovation trends.

Required Skills:

· Experience in pharmaceutical industry.

· Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

· Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities.

· Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.

· Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-driven approach.

Qualifications:

· Minimum: Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

· Preferred: MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

· 1+ years of relevant experience in product management in Pharmaceuticals.

· Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
