What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product roadmap, aligning it with Lumida’s strategic goals and customer needs.
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into clear product requirements.
• Write crisp PRDs, specs, and internal documents to guide engineering and design.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UI/UX, and leadership to design, scope, and deliver features.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives; track adoption and iterate based on data.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, pilots, prototypes) to validate ideas quickly.
• Partner with compliance and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements.
• Be the voice of the customer inside Lumida—championing usability, performance, and clarity in all shipped products.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, design collaboration, and execution.
• Experience building customer-facing financial, fintech, or investment products (bonus if in wealth management, digital assets, or SaaS).
• Strong skills in prioritization, writing PRDs, and setting measurable goals/KPIs for product initiatives.
• Comfort working with technical teams—familiarity with APIs, data systems, and engineering trade-offs.
• A sharp eye for UX and design, with ability to critique and push for customer-first experiences.
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision.
• Comfortable with a startup pace—bias for action, quick iterations, and willingness to work across functions.
• Bonus: exposure to agentic AI, trading platforms, or data-driven financial applications.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Lumida has a strong writing culture).
• Track record of shipping successful products with measurable impact.
• Familiarity with modern product tools (Figma, Jira/Asana, Notion, analytics platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
