D.G.M / Sr. Manager Production - Denim Mills!

Our textile company client is seeking an experienced ”D.G.M / Sr. Manager Production - Denim” to lead production planning and control functions for denim manufacturing unit. The role demands a strong grasp of capacity planning, production scheduling, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely order execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production plans based on order priorities, capacity, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate closely with merchandising, procurement, and production teams to align materials, manpower, and machine availability
• Optimize resource utilization and production efficiency while minimizing delays and wastage
• Track and report progress against plans, making adjustments as needed
• Ensure alignment with buyer delivery requirements and production lead times
• Support compliance with quality and audit requirements during planning execution
• Lead and mentor the planning team for performance excellence

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience as a Manager / Sr. Manager - Denim or relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field
• 7–12 years’ relevant experience in denim fabric unit
