Product Manager

About the Role:

Are you an SDE turned PM who can’t resist reading code but wakes up obsessed with shipping features customers love

We want a builder who’s gone from shipping code to own the whole product. Best fit: a backend SDE with 2–3 years in code who’s already making the leap into product.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and advanced admin controls.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to design features that meet diverse enterprise security and compliance needs. 
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills in cross-functional environments.
• Are energized by building secure, scalable infrastructure that enables enterprises to confidently adopt frontier AI.

Must-Haves:

• Have 3-4 years of product management or related industry experience, ideally in enterprise
• 1-2 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer, along with 1–2 years of Product Management experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to code (comfortable reading and writing code in at least one modern programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java).
• Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, and system-level design concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves: 

• Exposure to developer-first products and ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (RAG, generative models, LLM behavior) and their impact on product experience.
• Prior experience working with early-stage startups.
