Product Manager

What makes you a good fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
• Familiarity with start-up processes
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and hypothesis testing
• Proven track record in launching new products and managing the product lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong strategic orientation and analytical thinking skills
• Team player, customer-focused, and effective in high-energy, fast-paced environments

What you’ll experience working at Softtech:

• Shape product vision, roadmap, and strategy through business cases, success metrics, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis
• Ensure new ideas and products are aligned with company strategy and provide leadership in this direction
• Define short-, mid-, and long-term goals for products and lead the preparation of roadmaps
• Analyze market trends, develop new market entry strategies, and proactively manage risks
• Guide market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies by ensuring the right methodologies and tools are applied
• Monitor product performance via KPIs and customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement
• Manage the product lifecycle, considering cost, integration, profitability, and cash flow impact
• Support marketing and sales activities
• Coordinate with senior management during the product development process and escalate critical issues when necessary
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes, lead A/B tests and experimental initiatives
• Strengthen collaboration across teams, provide mentorship, and promote a culture of product management and continuous improvement
• Provide guidance in preparing product documentation and ensure deliverables from the product management process are produced and maintained
