TL;DR - Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Product Manager to join our team. You will take part in shaping our new title, Highway Racer Pro , by supporting roadmaps, planning LiveOps, and helping improve the game’s performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

Take part in designing product roadmaps and planning & executing LiveOps for Highway Racer Pro .
Collaborate with the game development team to plan, set up, and deliver new features & updates.
Analyze player behavior with data, working closely with analysts to improve performance and retention.
Stay on top of the market and analyze competitors to ensure we develop games that match our players’ expectations.
Act as the bridge between development and marketing, prioritizing and organizing tasks across departments.
Bring passion and player empathy to ensure gameplay is engaging, meaningful, and fun.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in product management, ideally in mobile gaming.
Strong passion for games and understanding of what makes them engaging.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of midcore and casual game dynamics.
(Plus) Hands-on experience in statistics and data analytics.
(Plus) Experience working on live games.
