Now, we’re looking for a
Product Manager
who’s obsessed with player experience, data-driven iteration, and finding the needle in the haystack when something’s not quite right. You’ll be our go-to person for connecting design, development, data, and marketing.
🎯 What You’ll Do

Own the
quality and performance
of our live games through continuous testing, data reviews, and hands-on gameplay evaluation

Monitor new features, mechanics, and LiveOps events – proactively identifying
bottlenecks, drop-off points, and underperforming systems

Propose clear, data-backed
solutions and improvements
for everything from economy balance to tutorial flows

Suggest and evaluate
new mechanics, features, and events
that can improve retention, monetization, and player delight

Track deadlines, surface blockers, and help align development resources with feature goals
-
Stay up to date with the top mobile puzzle games in the market and identify
strategies or features worth adapting

Collaborate with design, engineering, art, and marketing teams to ensure everything we build serves both
players and business goals

Support marketing-related improvements (e.g. creatives, onboarding flow, store page experience) from a
product lens
🧠 What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a
Product Manager
in free-to-play mobile games
-
Strong grasp of
game KPIs
(D1/D7, ARPU, FTUE, etc.) and
LiveOps
best practices
-
Ability to interpret product data and turn it into actionable insight
-
Familiarity with tools like Firebase, GameAnalytics, or similar
-
Comfortable working in small teams with cross-functional collaboration
-
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told there’s a problem; you spot it and offer solutions
-
Passion for puzzle games and a desire to make something truly polished and delightful
-
Experience with Unity-based games or basic technical literacy
