We are looking for a dynamic
Product Manager
to help shape the future of the CRM product, a leading-edge customer relationship management platform tailored for the automotive industry.
In this role, you'll act as a critical liaison between client-side Product Managers and development teams, translating business needs into technical deliverables while leveraging our React-based frontend and [dot]NET backend services. Our ideal candidate excels in product ownership, fosters collaboration, and thrives in a SAFe Agile environment.
Responsibilities

Partner with client-side Product Managers to align on business goals and product vision

Create and refine clear, actionable user stories and features

Prioritize product backlogs to deliver maximum value

Actively participate in PI planning sessions and backlog refinement activities

Define detailed acceptance criteria for deliverables

Work with developers, designers, and QA to ensure successful development and implementation

Validate completed features against defined business needs

Advocate for end-users and represent their needs to development teams

Mediate between competing priorities and stakeholder objectives

Provide direction during sprint planning and review ceremonies

Collaborate with other Product Owners to manage inter-team dependencies
Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role

Strong knowledge of product management principles and practices
-
Expertise in drafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria

Strong capabilities in backlog management and prioritization techniques
-
Familiarity with iterative development concepts like MVP
-
Hands-on experience in SAFe environments with scaled agile methodologies

Strong understanding of agile principles, ceremonies, and processes

Proficiency in feature breakdown, story mapping, and backlog refinement

Familiarity with web application architecture and API concepts

Basic understanding of software development processes and constraints

Ability to bridge technical language for non-technical stakeholders

Exceptional ability to manage varying levels of stakeholders

Strong meeting facilitation and workshop leadership skills

Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical deliverables
