Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development planning, roadmap execution, and capability management for our AI-driven logistics platform. This role will serve as the central point of ownership for aligning business needs, technology capabilities and customer outcomes into a cohesive product strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational priorities.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from cross-functional teams including operations, technology, analytics, and executive leadership.
• Document all product features, workflows, and integrations in a structured, repeatable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead testing, validation, and quality assurance of product capabilities, ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability.
• Partner with internal technology teams and external vendors to drive development timelines, manage dependencies, and communicate status updates.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously evaluate platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement or new feature development.
• Champion product adoption by creating training, documentation, and feedback loops for end-users.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICIATIONS

Education

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of product management, business analysis, or related experience in SaaS, AI, or logistics technology.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, APIs, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Logistics Industry a plus.
