Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on
Product Manager
who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of the full product lifecycle — from discovery and definition through to delivery and optimization.
You’ll translate the company’s vision into intuitive, data-driven experiences, lead cross-functional delivery teams, and drive the evolution of core travel services across flights, accommodation, and digital add-ons.
This role is ideal for a product builder who can bring clarity to ambiguity and turn ideas into scalable, user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery

Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, maintaining a prioritized backlog aligned with company goals and customer needs.

Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals to support agile development.

Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.

Drive cross-functional collaboration, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum across teams.
User Experience & Customer Focus

Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring every product flow reflects simplicity, transparency, and reliability.

Review designs and prototypes, offering feedback that balances usability, conversion, and commercial impact.

Collaborate with marketing and CX teams to translate new features into measurable customer adoption and satisfaction.
Data, Insights & Market Research

Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify trends in personalization, pricing, and digital travel innovation.

Leverage data insights to refine the roadmap and optimize key metrics such as NPS, conversion, and retention.

Stay informed on travel-tech advancements, including AI-driven recommendations and automation in support journeys.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or UX roles within travel-tech, marketplace, or digital platform environments.

Hands-on experience with reservation or booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or equivalent).

Proven track record managing agile processes, writing user stories, and leading SCRUM ceremonies.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and QA processes; confident reviewing wireframes, user flows, and test cases.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams around shared objectives.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
