Product Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Analyst/Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of an AI-powered knowledge management platform.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of AI and cross-functional business stakeholders to define, plan, and execute the product vision. You’ll play a crucial role in translating complex business needs into structured product requirements and ensuring seamless execution by the tech teams.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with senior business leaders and AI teams to define the product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
• Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring clarity, timelines, and quality.
• Oversee feature prioritisation, delivery planning, and progress tracking for AI-driven initiatives.
• Evaluate new ideas, market trends, and emerging technologies to help evolve the platform.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams for smooth product rollouts.
  
  

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in a consulting or technology-led environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, or knowledge management systems (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritise deliverables, and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience defining clear documentation, workflows, and measurable success criteria.
• A structured thinker with a knack for translating complex business problems into actionable solutions.
