Job responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyse data to uncover opportunities and threats in the market.
Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that supports the company's long-term vision and goals. Define and communicate a clear product roadmap based on market insights and business priorities.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Work closely with customers, sales, support, and engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of user needs.
Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market demands.
User-Centric Design: Ensure that the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design align with customer needs and usability standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive a coordinated approach to product development, launch, and marketing.
Project Management: Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver products on schedule and within budget.
Product Development Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring product quality and meeting release deadlines.
Feedback Loop: Establish feedback mechanisms to gather input from customers and internal stakeholders, using data to drive continuous product improvement.
Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute a successful go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
Customer Support and Feedback Handling: Act as the point of contact for customer support, handling escalated customer issues and feature requests.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech. / MBA or related degree preferred).
6+ years' a Product Manager in the SaaS industry.
