Product Manager, Specialty Care (Franchise Builders)

Position Objective:

The Product Manager is the strategic architect of our initial product launches. This individual will be the CEO of our

"Top 5 Franchise Builder" brands, responsible for developing and executing the complete Go-To-Market strategy.

This role will translate our high-level vision into the compelling clinical and commercial message that establishes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop the comprehensive brand plan for each of the "Franchise Builder" molecules,

including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management strategy.

  • Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the cross-functional launch team, ensuring all marketing, medical, and sales

activities are aligned and executed flawlessly.

  • Marketing & Promotional Materials: In partnership with our selected branding agency, lead the creation of

all promotional materials, sales aids, and training content for the KAM team.

  • Direct follow up with the Medical team: to get the promotional materials medically approved for scientific

accuracy and compliance then to follow up with the regulatory team to get SFDA approval / confirm no

need to approve cases.

  • KOL Engagement: Work closely with Medical Affairs to develop and execute a KOL engagement plan,

building strong relationships with the Kingdom's leading specialists.

  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, gather market feedback, and adapt the

brand strategy to ensure sustained growth and market leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. MBA is essential.
  • 5-7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in Saudi Arabia, with a proven track record of successful

product launches in specialty care (e.g., Hormones, Oncology, Immunology).

  • Deep experience in developing brand plans, managing marketing budgets, and working with creative and

medical agencies.

  • Experience in digital marketing and multi-channel engagement is highly desirable.

and related therapeutic area(s) and Engage with KOLs to directly link them with the company..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Speciality care marketing: 4 years (Required)
