Job Title: Product Manager – Solar Inverters & Energy Storage Systems

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Development
· Define and execute product roadmaps for solar inverters, lithium batteries, and hybrid storage systems.
· Identify emerging technologies and trends in renewable energy and energy storage markets.
· Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams for new product development and enhancement.
· Prepare product specifications, technical datasheets, and commercial documentation.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
· Conduct market analysis to identify customer requirements, competitor products, and pricing trends.
· Recommend product improvements and new features based on feedback from sales and field performance.
· Evaluate partnerships with component suppliers and technology providers.
Go-to-Market & Launch
· Develop product launch plans and marketing strategies in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
· Conduct training sessions for sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
· Prepare presentations, product demos, and marketing collaterals.
Lifecycle Management
· Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements.
· Manage product pricing, positioning, and profitability throughout the lifecycle.
· Coordinate with service teams for customer feedback, issue resolution, and warranty management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
· Work closely with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure product readiness.
· Support sales teams in customer discussions, technical clarifications, and project proposals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
· B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, power electronics, Electronics & communications or Energy Engineering (mandatory).
· MBA in Marketing / Product Management preferred.
Experience:
Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent technical understanding of power electronics and renewable systems.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
· Effective communication and presentation abilities.
· Hands-on experience with product pricing, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and product management software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
