Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Products portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the fintech and banking ecosystem, a passion for customer-centric innovation, and hands-on experience driving products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and iteration.

Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and regulatory frameworks in the GCC region, specifically Qatar.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and compliance to deliver high-quality products.

Prioritize product backlog and manage agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery.

Analyze customer insights, behavioral data, and market trends to identify opportunities for new features, create and optimize user journeys, and continuously elevate the overall experience.

Evaluate and integrate fintech partnerships, processors, and API providers (e.g., card issuers, payment gateways, other value proposition partners).

Ensure all product initiatives comply with local regulatory requirements

Track key product metrics (adoption, retention, conversion, engagement) and communicate results to leadership.

Mentor other team members and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements

Experience: 6-8 years in Product Management within fintech, banking, or payments domains.

Regional Knowledge: Proven experience and understanding of GCC markets — customer behaviors, regulatory frameworks, and digital banking trends.

Technical & Business Skills:

Strong knowledge of digital banking, cards, payments, and open banking ecosystems.

Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, etc.).

Ability to work with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and payment infrastructure.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Attributes
