FOOD QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Doha, Qatar

A Quality Control role in fast food ensures products and services meet company and regulatory standards through inspections, testing, and monitoring, focusing on food safety, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include inspecting raw materials and finished products, maintaining hygiene, conducting internal audits, troubleshooting issues, and training staff to ensure all aspects of the operation adhere to high-quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Inspection & Testing: Regularly check food ingredients, preparation processes, and final products to ensure they meet specifications for taste, size, and nutritional content.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Process Monitoring: Oversee the entire production flow, from the arrival of raw materials to the final preparation of dishes, to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, quality checks, and any incidents or deviations from standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and other quality-related issues, working to find and implement solutions.
  • Staff Training: Train other employees on quality control procedures, hygiene practices, and the importance of maintaining standards.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming raw materials consistently meet the required quality standards.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures, policies, and reports.

  • Communication: To effectively train staff, collaborate with teams, and communicate findings to management.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in conducting various tests, using monitoring equipment, and maintaining records.

Main Duty :

To assist the Corporate Chef to achieve and maintain the food quality as per the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
