Product Manager

· Manage and enhance all SME lending products (Term Loans, OVD, Credit Line).

· Design and launch new products/offers tailored to market needs.

· Create supply chain/vendor programs and bundled offers (loans + acceptance + payroll).

· Develop special lending programs (Islamic, EBRD, MSMEDA).

· Build scoring-based lending models in coordination with Risk and IT.

· Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

· Calculate break-even and profitability for each product.

· Ensure full regulatory compliance and assess risk exposure.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, IT, Marketing, Operations).

· Leverage technology to develop digital-first lending solutions.

· Communicate effectively to secure alignment and execution across all units.

Requirements

· Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SME Finance or Fintech).

· Strong analytical, risk management, and communication skills.

· Proven track record of launching and managing profitable lending products.

· Deep understanding of digital financial services and regulatory frameworks.
