Product Manager

I’m helping a MarTech company in Dubai hire a Product Manager to shape the next generation of AI-powered marketing tools .

This isn’t a maintenance role or a “keep the lights on” gig - it’s about owning a product that’s transforming how businesses make decisions. Think turning marketing data into real, automated actions across social media platforms.

💡 The opportunity

You’ll own the product end-to-end - from ideation and delivery to launch and iteration. The challenge? Bridging the gap between data, design, and development so what’s shipped matches what’s envisioned.

You’ll act as the connector - translating insights and business goals into clear, actionable direction for the tech team. Expect to work hand-in-hand with leadership, design, and support (all based locally) while helping shape a product that’s scaling fast in both ambition and impact .

👀 What I’m looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in product management
• Experience working in a startup, ideally as the only Product Manager
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
• Ability to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on delivery
• Collaborative, curious, and outcome-driven
• Experience in adtech, marketing, or data-heavy products is a plus
