Responsibilities:
- Develop annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product performance tracking
- Prepare marketing materials, training content, and scientific tools for field force
- Support sales teams through cycle meetings, product sessions, and field insights
- Coordinate CMEs, awareness activities, and medical engagements
- Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, and medical teams to ensure product availability and compliance
- Monitor sales trends and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management
- Strong understanding of brand planning, scientific marketing, and field dynamics
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects
