Product Manager

Lead the derma product development roadmap (concept → launch). Work with R&D, dermatologists, and regulatory teams on formulations and claims. Conduct market and competitor research in skincare/dermatology. Manage packaging, pricing, and go-to-market activities. Track product performance and drive improvements. Requirements: 2–5 years experience in derma, skincare, cosmetics, or pharma. Understanding of skin biology and active ingredients. Experience working with R&D or clinical testing teams. Strong communication and project management skills.
