Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from discovery to launch and beyond.

Work closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to build, ship, and iterate features that enhance the user experience.

Write clear and structured PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) that articulate user problems and product solutions.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and operations.

Operate, analyze, report and iterate on your feature to meet continuous user needs and KPIs.

Provide valuable input into business goals based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.

Develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires.

Champion the voice of the user and bring deep user insights to product planning, analysis.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Masters in Business Administration - optional.

3-6 years of product management experience.

Experience working on B2C products/ technologies, especially in the fields of gaming, media and entertainment.

Proven success in shipping high-impact, large-scale user-facing features.

Passion for gaming and a keen interest in the gaming community and industry trends.

Deep understanding of user experience design principles and agile development methodologies.

Ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends, with strong technical abilities.

Excellent product-ops skills to be able to operationally manage features to drive adoption and deliver on KPI's.
