JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Product Manager Reports to: Managing Partner Duties and Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Spearheading events & workshops in schools & colleges to generate leads for sales conversion. Sales Conversion: Conduct prospecting conversations to potential leads, engaging them in discussions about products or services, addressing their queries, and persuading them to take the desired action. Market Identification: Analysing our target segment and defining their perceptions of our product, services and identifying those features that will be most appealing to them. Product Development: Conducting Competitor analysis and providing insights on product development. Work closely with Manager in improving the digital presence of the product. Sales Enablement: Creating sales enablement materials, collaterals to enhance the sales process Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Sales Experience – 2 years (preferable in Education field) Full working proficiency in G-Suite & MS - Office English and Tamil fluency Salary – Rs. 15,000 (negotiable) Working Conditions: Hybrid – Monday to Friday: 1 Day Week off + 1 Day work from home + 3 Days Work from Office Saturday & Sunday – Work from office. Be the backbone of young learners' success, weekends are when we make the biggest impact. Should own a good functioning laptop & mobile phone with necessary software installed
