Product Manager

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant fields,
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Respiratory Therapeutic Area as a Product Manager,
• Preferably having field experience (previous experience as a Medical Representative / Product Specialist),
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and data interpretation skills,
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities,
• Able to collaborate closely with the sales team and manage cross-functional coordination,
• Proficient in English,
• Skilled in MS Office Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies for assigned products,
• Prepare and execute marketing plans including strategy, budget, campaign, and activity planning,
• Gather and analyze feedback from the field team and generate action plans,
• Develop promotional materials, training content, and digital marketing activities,
• Conduct regular market, competitor and sales analyses and prepare reports,
• Plan and manage scientific meetings, congresses, and product launch processes,
• Monitor and enhance product lifecycle management activities.
