 Gather and analyze feedback from the field team and generate action plans,

 Develop promotional materials, training content, and digital marketing activities,

 Conduct regular market, competitor and sales analyses and prepare reports,
 </li>

 Plan and manage scientific meetings, congresses, and product launch processes,

 We are looking for an
 
 HR Business Partner
 
 to be assigned to our factory located in &Ccedil;erkezk&ouml;y, who has a strong command of HR processes, can provide strategic contribution from a People &amp; Culture perspective, and can act as a bridge between the factory and the Istanbul Head Office.
 
 
 
 
 
 In this role, you will be expected to manage daily HR operations at the factory while acting as a trusted advisor to factory employees, enhancing employee experience, and working closely with the central People &amp; Culture team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing end-to-end HR processes within the factory organization (recruitment, onboarding, performance &amp; talent management, compensation &amp; benefits, training &amp; development)
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing HR consultancy and guidance to factory managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and implementing employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives at the factory
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementing HR policies, processes, and projects in the field in close coordination with the central People &amp; Culture team
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and reporting factory-specific HR data and developing improvement recommendations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of operational HR processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with employees and managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to take responsibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in the European side of Istanbul, in locations with convenient access to &Ccedil;erkezk&ouml;y (Beylikd&uuml;z&uuml;, Avc&inodot;lar, B&uuml;y&uuml;k&ccedil;ekmece, Silivri)
 </li>
