We are looking for an HR Business Partner to be assigned to our factory located in Çerkezköy, who has a strong command of HR processes, can provide strategic contribution from a People & Culture perspective, and can act as a bridge between the factory and the Istanbul Head Office.


In this role, you will be expected to manage daily HR operations at the factory while acting as a trusted advisor to factory employees, enhancing employee experience, and working closely with the central People & Culture team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes within the factory organization (recruitment, onboarding, performance & talent management, compensation & benefits, training & development)
  • Providing HR consultancy and guidance to factory managers
  • Planning and implementing employee engagement, communication, and culture initiatives at the factory
  • Implementing HR policies, processes, and projects in the field in close coordination with the central People & Culture team
  • Monitoring and reporting factory-specific HR data and developing improvement recommendations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take ownership of operational HR processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with employees and managers
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to take responsibility
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Residing in the European side of Istanbul, in locations with convenient access to Çerkezköy (Beylikdüzü, Avcılar, Büyükçekmece, Silivri)
