About the Role
We are seeking a highly technical, intellectually curious, and execution-oriented product leader to serve as a Technical Product Manager in our initiative to modernize our SMB ERP solutions for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms.
In this role, you will own the technical definition, coherence, and delivery readiness of major product capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Shared Services, ensuring that product intent becomes scalable, high-quality, technically sound software. This is a role for someone who loves diving into data models, integration patterns, architectural trade-offs, and system behaviors while working hand-in-hand with engineering teams to drive momentum.
Ideal candidates bring experience in complex business applications, enjoy simplifying technical complexity into workable plans, and thrive in environments where AI-assisted development, continuous delivery, and modern collaboration practices are reshaping how teams build software.
Key Responsibilities
-
Own the translation of high-level product capabilities into technical direction, including architectural considerations, data requirements, integration patterns, and system constraints.
-
Own the product-side strategy for system integrations, including third-party services and internal platforms.
-
Identify, track, and manage technical dependencies across teams, systems, and pods - ensuring delivery is not slowed by shared-services or cross-product blockers.
-
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to engineering leads, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment throughout the Kanban-based, continuous delivery SDLC.
-
Collaborate with QE to ensure that testing strategies reflect system behavior, edge cases, and integration requirements.
-
Partner with product management and engineering to define data requirements, telemetry, and instrumentation needed for product intelligence, observability, and growth analytics.
-
Drive the configuration, usage, and optimization of product development tools (e.g., capability repositories, delivery boards, design system tools, and knowledge systems).
-
Use AI and automation tools to accelerate technical documentation, workflow definitions, and system behavior descriptions.
-
Own the technical coherence across workflows, data models, shared services, and UX patterns.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows.
