Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Manager who is obsessed with making products better, faster, and more user-friendly. You’ll own outcomes from concept to delivery—defining the vision, validating customer needs, prioritizing the roadmap, and partnering with Engineering and Design to ship value. In delivery, you’ll serve as the Product Owner
for one or more Scrum teams.
What You’ll Do

Define the product vision, strategy, and measurable goals aligned with company objectives.

Conduct customer interviews, analyze data/feedback, map journeys, and validate problems/solutions before we build.

Build and manage a clear, value-based roadmap; maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog that always keeps teams unblocked.

Write high-quality epics/user stories with acceptance criteria; plan iterations; set sprint goals; accept/reject work.

Build business cases, estimate impact/effort, and prioritize by ROI and strategic fit.

Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, and QA to ensure high-quality, timely releases.

Provide vision and direction to internal stakeholders; communicate trade-offs and status with clarity.

Define KPIs, instrument analytics, run experiments (A/B where relevant), and iterate based on evidence.

Document product requirements, policies, and release notes; contribute to GTM with Marketing, Sales, and CS.

Ensure the product is usable, reliable, and valuable—continuously improving based on insights.
Qualifications

4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner in an Agile environment.

Proven track record shipping products end-to-end (discovery → delivery → iteration).

Strong backlog management, iteration planning, and user story writing skills.

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and ceremonies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to make decisions.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
